168 Hours in the news this week

While the Today Show was our big news this week, 168 Hours scored a few more headlines in different media as well.

The Capitol News Connection released a podcast about how we spend our time, featuring a 30-minute interview with me.

The Miami Herald chose 168 Hours as the next selection for its Business Book Club.

The newly launched StyleSubstanceSoul will be featuring 168 Hours over the next few weeks.

I have a guest post over at Daylle Deanna Schwartz’s “Lessons from a Recovering Doormat” blog at Beliefnet called “The Truth About Time” featuring four words you should never say (at least to yourself): “I don’t have time!”

168 Hours landed a 2-page excerpt in the August issue of Whole Living magazine (print only; on news stands and available in Whole Foods now).

The Chambana Moms will be doing their own 168 Hour Challenge and keeping a blog on it.

My Gifted Girl’s Facebook page features a Q&A with me about 168 Hours and high-potential girls and women.
