Best of Both Worlds podcast: Around the world with kids (and Elisabeth Frost)

extended family travel with kids

Traveling with kids is always an adventure. And some families are more adventurous than others!

In this week’s episode, Sarah interviews Elisabeth Frost, a long-time friend of Best of Both Worlds and the blogger behind Optimistic Musings. She recently returned from a multi-month adventure in Europe with her two school-aged kids (and husband, who was working remotely). She talks about how they managed the logistics and schooling (they took an entire semester out of regular school) and all they saw. If you’ve ever thought about taking an extended trip with your family, this episode is for you! With the rise of remote work, it is becoming more possible, even if you don’t quit your job. And if pulling your kids out of school isn’t really an option, there are day camps lots of places around the world, so a summer stint somewhere might work.

Please give the episode a listen! As always we welcome ratings and reviews.
