Best of Both Worlds podcast: Sarah Armstrong on divorce and working motherhood

divorce and working motherhood

We’ve had many requests for a Best of Both Worlds episode on divorce — how to navigate this, and the tricky world of co-parenting. So Sarah and I are delighted to welcome Sarah Armstrong to the show this week.

Sarah Armstrong is the author of The Mom’s Guide to a Good Divorce. She has spent years thinking about how to best move forward after this major life change, and shares her wisdom with listeners. As a global marketing leader with frequent international travel, Sarah also shares some of her best working parent tips from her newest release, The Art of the Juggling Act.

In the Q&A, Sarah (Hart-Unger) asks for summer ideas for the young teen phase. At 12-14 kids are mostly too young for a job, but have aged out of a lot of summer camps. If you have good ideas, feel free to share them!

Please give the episode a listen, and as always we welcome ratings and reviews.
