Another week, another five episodes! Here’s what I talked about on Before Breakfast over the past few days:
Monday: What makes a good morning routine? Mornings are a great time for getting things done. A few smart strategies will help you make the most of this time.
Tuesday: Morning routines when you have a family. People with family responsibilities can do great things before breakfast too. The key is a little flexibility and creativity.
Wednesday: Think 168 hours, not 24. Never enough hours in the day? No problem. We don’t like our lives in days. We live our lives in weeks. Here’s why to view time more broadly.
Thursday: How to exercise during the workday. If you’re in the office from 9 to 5, you can still exercise — maybe even with your manager’s blessing!
Friday: An easy way to network. Build a thriving network with this one habit that takes less than 10 minutes a day.
If you missed any of these episodes, please give them a listen. And I always welcome feedback — please feel free to leave comments here, or email me.
Will you be expanding the podcast directories? I’ve just been using Google Play for my podcasts lately and this one from you doesn’t show up on search yet.
